Danielle Brown has been my favorite appraiser of the 3 that I have needed appraisals from at separate times this year throughout an ongoing legal issue with other co-owners of my property.
She was patient when the other co-owners were not granting access of one of the houses, and even more understanding when she was already driving away because of that, and had to turn back around once we were all granted access. She created the best report, with the knowledge that she was given. Of course, she treated us like family, but was also very polite and professional to the co-owners.
